Product Appearance

Music mode

• Double-click left or right earphone (L or R): play/pause
• Triple-click left or right earphone (L or R): activate voice assistant (Siri)
• Long press the left earphone: previous song
• Long press the right earphone: next song

Call mode

• Double-click left or right earphone (L or R): answer/ hang up
• Long press left or right earphone (L or R): reject a call

Low Latency Mode

To turn on the low-latency mode for the first time, you need to set the three-
click switching function through the APP. After setting, quickly switch the
low-latency mode on and off through the three-click touch area. Put both ears
back into the charging compartment and close the lid. By default, the low-
latency mode is automatically turned off and the normal mode is turned on.to
turn off low latency mode.

1. The earphones automatically turn on after open the lid of the charging case.
2. Turn on wireless connection.
3. Download the app and link the earphones to app.
4. Put the earphones into the charging case and power off.

Tips for using the app

• The effective duration of search function is about 35 hours. Please use the function for searching missing earphones as soon as possible.
• When the search function is turned on in the app, the earphones will sound an alarm. Please ensure that the remaining earphone is not in your ear to avoid hearing damage.

Activation permission settings

Activation permission settings of app (Android system)

The “Baseus” app must keep running in the background so that your phone can
receive alerts of the location of earphones. Android phones have automatic
shutdown function of application when turn off the screen. If the “Baseus” app
is shut down by applications such as Battery Saver, 360 Total Security, Mobile
Butler, etc., the location function cannot work properly. Therefore, please
add “Baseus” app into the white list on Android phones to keep the app running
in the background. Go to Settings>App>App launch>Manage manually “Baseus” app:
Auto-launch, secondary launch and run in background.

FAQs

Why can’t the headset be turned on or off?

Answer

1. It is not ruled out that some earphones have a late factory date, and the initial power is not enough to support self-consumption. Therefore, when the earphone arrives in your hand, it cannot be turned on. Just reconnect the power to fully charge the earphone.
2. Under the condition of ensuring that the charging compartment and earphones are charged, open the cover of the charging compartment, and the earphones will automatically turn on;
3. After ensuring that the charging compartment is charged, put the earphones back into the charging compartment and close the lid, the earphones will automatically shut down;
4. When there is no electricity in the charging compartment, please turn off the Bluetooth function on the mobile phone. After 5 minutes, the headset will automatically shut down;
5. Please keep the earphone charging area and charging cartridge charging pin clean, and clean it regularly with cotton swabs or alcohol cotton.

Why can’t I find the lost headset?

Why is the touch function not sensitive?

Answer

1. Please ensure that the touch function area of the headset is clean and free of water stains;
2. Please make sure that there are no water stains or other foreign objects on the fingers of the touch operation;
3. Please ensure that the touch position is correct, and complete the quick double-click or triple-click operation within 0.5 seconds;
4. If you still cannot connect to the headset after completing the above operations, please turn off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone around the mobile phone and restore the factory settings before connecting.
