Panasonic BQ-CC51 Charger for cylindrical cells
CAUTION
To avoid instructions: personal injury and property damage please follow the
below
- Panasonic Ni-MH rechargeable batteries are recommended to be used in this charger.
- Do not use non-rechargeable batteries in this charger.
- Only use the charger indoors and in a dry location.
- Do not use or expose charger the if the charger plug to or direct batteries to sunlight damaged .
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please charge 2 or 4 batteries simultaneously. (fig 3)
AA and AAA type batteries cannot be charged by two slots of one side of a
charger together. The indicator will blink and charging will not be possible.
(fig 4)A battery cannot be charged also when it is set by only one battery.

MAINTENANCE, CARE AND CLEANING
- Unplug charger from AC outlet.
- Clean with a dry doth to remove dirt and grime.

The warranty for this product starts with the day of purchase.
In the day of the justified complaint; Advanced Power Solution NV will repair
or replace the faulty product with an equivalent charger.
The warranty is for chargers and only relates to defects in materials and
workmanship.

CAUTION To avoid personal injury and property damage from, but not limited to, the risk of electric shock or fire: 1. To reduce the risk of injury, we recommend that
Panasonic Ni-MH rechargeable batteries are used. 2. Do not use non rechargeable batteries. 3. Do not open or disassemble the charger. 4. Do not wet the charger or allow water or other
liquids to enter the charger. 5. Only use the charger indoors in a dry location. 6. Do not use the charger if its plug or the batteries
are damaged. 7. Do not use the charger in direct sunlight. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowl- edge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Please charge 2 or 4 batteries simultaneously. (fig 3) AA and AAA type batteries cannot be charged by using two slots of one side of a charger together. The indicator will blink and charging will not be possible. (fig 4) A battery cannot be charged one individual. (fig 5) 1) Observe polarity by matching (+) and (-) on the
batteries to (+) and (-) on the charger. Insert the batteries from the (-) terminals, and then the (+) terminals into the (+) contacts. (fig 2)
2) Plug charger into standard 100240 V AC outlet; 3) Charging indicator lights should be lit, indicating that
charging is being conducted. If the indicator does not light or blinks:
a) Make sure batteries are inserted, making proper contact with terminals in each slot;
b) Check whether the power plug contacts have deteriorated.
c) Check whether the batteries you are using are deteriorated or nonrechargeable.
4) After charging time, shown in Table 1, unplug charger from AC outlet and remove batteries.
For safety protection, this charger has auto-off function after approximately 13 hours, however charging times shown in Table 1 are recommended for longer battery life. MAINTENANCE, CARE AND CLEANING Unplug charger from AC outlet. Clean with a dry cloth to remove dirt and grime. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
