Attention: Thank you for purchasing the FX 30C PRO helmet Bluetooth
intercom with camera . For optimum use, please read the manual before use.

Charging

• When charging, the LED indicator will light up in red, and the indicator light goes out after the charging is completed(As shown below). Please charge it before using it for the first time.
• Please use 5V/1A±0.5A qualified charger to charge the device. Unstable current may damage the equipment. 2.3 Please keep charging at least once every 2 months If the product is not used for a long time.

Installation

1. Open the inner lining of the helmet ear position and fix the Velcro to the ring position.
2. Fit the headset to the Velcro and fix it to the ring position. (The short-line speaker is on the left).
3. Stick the microphone and Velcro on the left side of the helmet at a suitable position, aim the microphone at the mouth position, and arrange the wires to the inner lining.

Remark: the microphone should be closed to and aim at the mouth as
possible. The speakers are as close to ears as possible. If installation
position of the speaker is too deep so that the speaker is too far away from
the ear, the sponge in accessory may be used to jack up.

Camera & Video Function

Outlook / Button

Camera ON/OFF

Press camera Power button and hold for 2 seconds to switch on or off the
camera function .
Note: Before turning on the camera, please insert the TF card first.

Camera Mode

When Camera function switched on , camera mode button button once to take
photo , the voice prompt will remind “Photo” and camera indicator will flash
in red light once .

Video Mode

When Camera function switched on , press video mode button to recording , the
voice prompt will remind “Recording On “and camera indicator will keep
flashing . if you need to stop this function just need to press video mode
button once again , and voice prompt remind “Recording Off”
“When TF card is full loaded , it’s will cover the memory and keep recording .

WIFI Framing

• Long press the WiFi ON/OFF button to switch on the Camera function,The camera indicator keep blue and red light flash slowly . Wait 3 seconds, short press the WiFi ON/OFF button to switch on the WIFI function,The camera indicator keep blue and red light flash quickly.
• Open smartphone settings , and find “FX30C PRO-XXXXX “(X for headset proprietary Numbers)in your WLAN setting list, click and connect to FX 30C PRO, input WIFI code”12345678”, WIFI connected and blue light on.
• Open APP and see the vision below:

1. Click Connect to Device  to enter preview . so we can adjust the position of best angle.
2. After angle confirmed , we can click to start/stop record ,
3. SDClick we can enter Album of photos , We can preview videos and photos .
   Note: When the FX 30C PRO is connected to the mobile via WIFI,start and
   stop recording can only be operated on the mobile phone,and the record button
   of the FX30C PRO will not work.

Quickly exit WIFI connection & Quickly take photos and videos.

1. Exit WIFI connection: When connecting to WIFI with the mobile phone, click the WiFi ON/OFF button    to exit the connection with the mobile phone.
2. Take photo: When connecting to the preview screen of the mobile phone, you need to click the WiFi ON/OFF button to exit the connection with the mobile phone. then press camera mode button once to take photo.
3. Take recording: When connecting to the preview screen of the mobile phone, you need to click the WiFi ON/OFF button   to exit the connection with the mobile phone. then press video mode button  to recording.

When the FX30C PRO is connected to the mobile phone via WIFI, start and stop
recording can only be operated on the mobile phone, and the record button of
the FX30C PRO will not work.

Settings

Click enter settings , you can setting the APP as you want

Tips: after WIFI connected, angle confirmed and setting done, we suggest
to shut down the WIFI function so that the device can work more time.
Camera Function: While the Video function is in use recording, you can’t
take photos at the same time.If you need to take photos, that need to pause
the recording first.

TOGGLE MICROPHONE & CAMERA RESET

• Toggle Microphone: When the camera recording function is activated, click the camera mode button to toggle the recording microphone.
• Camera Reset : If the camera freezes and doesn’t work, press and hold the WiFi ON/OFF button for 15 seconds to reset the camera.

WIFI DATA TRANSIT

When video mode is switched on , connected WIFI with smartphone , you can
download video or photo from your smartphone .
To save the power , we suggest download file by USB .

TF Card (not included)
32G TF card supported , can transit data by USB data cable (Power on camera
after connect the data cable).
Tips: The TF card should be at least Class 10 or even higher version .

Camera Indicator

Red Light:

1. Flash one time when switch on , keep in red light on when stand by .
2. Flash one time when take photo .
3. Keep flashing when video mode on , and stop flashing when switch off video mode .

Blue Light:

1. Flashing when WIFI function switch on .
2. Keep in blue light when connected with smartphone .
3. Light off when WIFI switch off .

Tips

• A. Blue and red light flashing at the same time means TF card is full loaded , now can not take photo or record , need to exchange the card or download the files .
• B. Blue and red light flashing alternately means there’s error in TF card , now can not take photo or record , need to exchange the TF card .

The video mode supported 1080P HD ,The TF card should be class 10 or above
class 10

Operation

Button and Basic Function Operation

Outlook / Button

Power On / OFF
Power On: When the device is off, press intercom and function button at
the same time for 3 seconds.

Power Off: When the device is on, press intercom and function button at
the same time for 3 seconds.

On initial use, charge the device until the red light turn off.

Power Detect & Notification Function

• Low Power Notification: When the power is lower than 10%, the red light in the function button will flash and a voice message will remind you that he power is lower than 10%. Please recharge immediately.
• Power Detect Function: FX 30C PRO has a power detect function. When the device is on, briefly press the Intercom and Mode buttons at the same time.
  • A recorded voice message will tell you:
  • Power over 90%
  • Power over 50%
  • Power lower than 50%
  • Power lower than 10%. Please recharge immediately

Cellphone Function

• Answering Call: Press the Function button once briefly.
• Hang up Call: After the call, briefly press the Function button once.
• Refuse Call: Press and hold the Function button for 2 seconds.
• Redial: Press the Function button briefly twice.
• Volume Up: Rotate Function button forward once while talking.
• Volume Down: Rotate Function button backward once while talking.
• Manual/Auto Switch: Press and hold “Function” and “Mode” button at the same time for 3 seconds when the device is in standby.（Default：answer automatically）

Voice Command

When your FX 30C PRO is paired with a cellphone, briefly press the
“Mode”button once. This will automatically switch on the voice commands
function ( For iOS and Android).）Cellphone must be equipped with this
function.

Music Function

• Play: When the device is on, briefly press Function button once.
• Pause: When music is playing, briefly press Function button once.
• Volume Up: Rotate Function button forward once while playing.
• Volume Down: Rotate Function button backward once while playing.
• Play Next: Rotate Function button forward for 1 second while playing.
• Play Previous: Rotate Function button backward for 1 second while playing.

EQ Sound Selection
Under the music playing state, short press the Mode button EQ sound effect
selection button, you can switch the sound effect when listening to different
types of songs.

• HiFi bass Corresponding voice: Bass boost
• Popular Golden Classic Corresponding voice: Midrange boost
• Pure human voice: Corresponding voice: Treble boost

APTX HD audio
In the cellphone song playback format settings, select the APTX format, and
you can enjoy real HiFi sound effects when the song is played (the mobile
phone must support APTX format playback)

Music sharing

Start Sharing Music
For example: (No.1) share music with (No.2).
Step 1: (No.1) connect with phone(refer to 6.3).
Step 2: (No.1) and (No.2) establish intercom connection(refer to 6.2).
Step 3: Short press (No.1) Intercom button to exit intercom mode.
Step 4: Long press (No.1) Intercom button and Mode button about 3
seconds, voice notice“Start Sharing Music”. Step 5:Turn on (No.1) Music player
on your phone and play songs.
Step 6 :Now,(No.2) can enjoy the music shared by (No.1).
Stop Sharing Music
Pause music firstly, long press Intercom button and Mode button about 3
seconds,voice notice“Stop Sharing Music”

About Music Sharing

• Music sharing function is used only between two FX 30C PRO devices.
• When you start / stop music sharing, the music needs to be in pause status.
• Short press the function button to play / pause music sharing.
• If the operation of sharing music fails, you need to clear the pairing memory of unit (A) and unit (B), and try again. NOTE: When sharing music, the best effect is that one is connected to your phone and the other is not.

FM Function

• FM ON: When the device is on,Long press Mode button for 3 seconds.
• FM OFF: When the FM is on,Long press Mode button for 3 seconds.
• Volume up: Rotate Function button forward once while listening.
• Volume down : Rotate Function button backward once while listening.
• Next Channels: Rotate Function button forward for 1 second while listening. Previous Channels:Rotate Function button backward for 1 second while listening.

Intercom Function

Switch intercom on: When the device is disconnected, briefly press the
intercom button once.
Switch intercom off: When talking, briefly press the intercom button
once.
Volume Up: Rotate Function button forward once while talking.
Volume Down: Rotate Function button backward once while talking.

Memory Clear

Memory Clear: When the device is on, press “Mode” + “Intercom” +
“Function” buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. Then FX 30C PRO will clear
its pairing memory with other devices.

Device Pairing and Connection

Pairing Mode

Active search mode

When device is on, press and hold the intercom button for about 6 seconds, the
red and blue indicator lights flash alternately slowly, enter the active
search mode, and the voice prompt “searching”. Active search mode is used for
the intercom function connection between FX 30C PRO devices.

Passive pairing mode

When device is on, press and hold the Function button for about 6 seconds, the
red and blue indicator lights flash alternately quickly, enter the pairing
search mode, and the voice prompt “pairing”. The passive pairing mode is used
to connect to Bluetooth devices such as mobile phones and GPS.

No.1）FX 30C PRO connect with（No.2）FX 30C PRO

(No.1) FX 30C PRO is on active search mode(refer to 6.1.1),( No.2) FX 30C
PRO is on passive pairing mode(refer to 6.1.2),
(No.1) and (No.2) FX 30C PRO change from flashing red and blue lights
alternately to flashing blue lights at the same time, connect successfully.

Pairing With Cellphone
STEP1.When device is on,long press Function button,red and blue light flash
quickly, entering passive pairing mode.(refer to 6.1.2)

STEP2.Turn on cellphone Bluetooth,select FODSPORTS FX 30C PRO,the pairing
is complete.Voice message will also say “Device Connected”.

Pairing Connection
Occasions: Rider A connect with Passenger B for intercom. Then A connect
with one Bluetooth devices and B connect with one Bluetooth device(as shown
below).

• Step 1: (A) FX 30C PRO connect with (B) FX 30C PRO(refer to 6.2).
• Step 2 : Short press one time A or B intercom button to disconnect intercom.
• Step 3: A connect with one phone(Bluetooth device)Paired connection(refer to 6.3)
• Step 4: B connect with one phone(Bluetooth device)Paired connection(refer to 6.3)
• Step 5: Short press intercom button of A or B for connection.
• Notice 1 :If A or B need to use the audio function of phone(Bluetooth device), you need to disconnect the intercom.
• Notice 2: Intercom is interrupted and reconnected:

In the 2 people intercom state, if there is a mobile phone call, the intercom
will be automatically disconnected, and the intercom state will be
automatically connected after the call is over. If it is interrupted due to
distance or poor signal, please click the intercom button to return to the
intercom state.

Memory Connection Function
FX 30C PRO will remember the paired device, when you use it again, please
follow the steps below:

• STEP1..Switch off all 2 units(No.1 and No.2) and all Bluetooth devices connected to the headset such as cellphone and GPS.（It will affect the pairing）
• STEP2. Switch on Unit No.1 and No.2, press Unit No.1 intercom button,No.1 and No.2 are connected successfully.
• STEP3. After all 2 units reconnected,switch on original connected Bluetooth devices such as cellphone and GPS.

FX 30C PRO can connect up to 2 devices

Q &A

• Q1 : No sounds from one or two side speakers?
• A1: Check device plug. Make sure it is firmly connected.
• Q2: Can the bike USB charger be used to recharge while riding?
• A21: Not recommended. An unstable power source will cause damage to internal circuit and may be unable to recharge/fully charge/switch on.
• A22: Use a power bank instead.
• Q3: When using the radio, no transmission or continuous transmission?
• A3: Check that the headphone port is inserted firmly. If the pin is equipped with waterproof aprons, the user may think it’s already plugged in.
• Q4: New device can’t switch on?
• A4: Charge for at least 30 minutes before use.
