Симптоматическое лечение
Взрослым и детям от 6 до 15 лет — по 25–50 капель после каждого приема пищи и перед сном, с небольшим количеством жидкости.

Профилактический прием при подготовке к исследованию желудка и/или кишечника
По 50 капель 3–4 раза в день в течение 2 дней, предшествующих исследованию, 50 капель утром, натощак в день исследования и 50 капель непосредственно перед исследованием.
Перед употреблением флакон с каплями необходимо встряхнуть.
Внутрь, во время или после еды и, при необходимости, перед сном. Перед применением следует активно встряхнуть флакон. Чтобы суспензия начала поступать из пипетки, флакон следует перевернуть вверх дном и постучать по дну. Саб® Симплекс хорошо смешивается с другими жидкостями, например, молоком.
Повышенное газообразование
Взрослым — 30–45 капель (1,2–1,8 мл). Детям от 6 до 15 лет — 20–30 капель (0,8–1,2 мл); от 1 года до 6 лет — по 15 капель (0,6 мл). При необходимости — дополнительно 15 капель на ночь.
Эту дозу следует принимать каждые 4–6 ч; при необходимости она может быть увеличена. Новорожденным и детям грудного возраста (до 1 года жизни), получающим кормление из детской бутылочки — в каждую бутылку добавляют 15 капель (0,6 мл) суспензии. Саб® Симплекс можно давать новорожденным перед кормлением с чайной ложки.
Длительность применения зависит от динамики жалоб. Саб® Симплекс при необходимости можно принимать в течение длительного времени.
Подготовка к диагностическим исследованиям ЖКТ
Применение при подготовке к диагностическим исследованиям ЖКТ облегчается, если с флакона удалить пипетку.
Рентгенологическое исследование. Для подготовки к рентгенографии за день до исследования вечером следует принять 3–6 ч.ложек (15–30 мл) Саб® Симплекса.
УЗИ. При подготовке к УЗИ рекомендуется принять 3 ч.ложки (15 мл) Саб® Симплекса вечером за день до исследования и 3 ч.ложки за 3 ч до исследования.
Эндоскопия. Перед эндоскопией следует принять 0,5–1 ч.ложку (2,5–5 мл) Саб® Симплекса. Во время исследования через эндоскоп можно ввести дополнительно несколько миллилитров суспензии Саб® Симплекс.
Отравление моющими средствами
Доза зависит от тяжести отравления. Рекомендуемая минимальная доза Саб® Симплекса составляет 1 ч.ложку (5 мл).

I am shocked that these helped my constant stomach pain.
I got the cheweables after trying and liking the softgels. It’s weird. I don’t really have gas per se but my stomach is always messed up. Tests reveal all is well. It isn’t. I tried all sorts of things to help ease my stomach aches and nothing worked. A friend suggests Gas-X so I bought some softgels and, to my shock, they really helped my stomach. I bought the chewables this time because that same friend said that they work better for her. I think the soft gels work better for me. But these DO work. After I take them, I start to feel rumbling in my belly for a bit and then the pain slowly goes away. I don’t know if these are THE answer to my issues but they really help and I am definitely not going to stop taking them. I may buy the softgels next time but, one way or the other, I will be taking these unless my gastro says otherwise, If you have a funky stomach, these may help even if you don’t feel gassy.

Another one of my go to products. I use it quite a bit. Typically in the stores it is very expensive to get a package with 48 tablets in it so I’m able to purchase it through Amazon in a package that has 72 tablets for slightly more than what I would pay for 48.

I loved this product when it came in those little, fast acting melty, film, dissolving things (technical name for them, I’m sure). They worked so fast. Taking any kind of pill/tablet/capsule/caplet when your heartburn feels like a heart attack, is miserable. That’s why I give these a 4 and not a 5. Product is still the best you can get. Just not as fast as the tapes/films/whatever they were called.
