Не используйте удлинители
Для избежания угроз безопасности, используйте
только кабель питания из комплекта устройства. Не
рекомендуется использовать удлинитель с этим продуктом.
Не прокладывайте кабель питания под коврами и

предметы. Поврежденный кабель питания следует
немедленно заменить в авторизованном сервисном

Если вы не планируете использовать акустическую
систему на протяжении долгого периода времени,
отключите ее от электрической розетки.
Не открывайте корпус
Внутри этого продукта нет компонентов, которые

Могут быть доступны обновления программного

Эксплуатация в качестве отдельно
стоящих стереодинамиков
1) Для входа в стереорежим нажмите MUSIC на
сенсорном экране основного динамика. CITATION
TOWER подключается к сети Wi-Fi при помощи
приложения Google Home.
2) Скачайте приложение Google Home на ваш смартфон
или планшет.

3) Запустите приложение Google Home и настройте
CITATION TOWER, следуя инструкциям из приложения.
Всегда следуйте указаниям приложения, чтобы
завершить настройку Wi-Fi.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЯ:
• При возникновении проблем во время настройки
оборудования, убедитесь в том, что модуль Bluetooth и
служба определения местоположения на вашем смартфоне
или планшете включены.

• В приложении Google Home можно переименовать это
изделие. Имя устройства сохраняется во время поиска
устройства с Bluetooth и потоковой передачи данных
Chromecast.
• После подключения изделия к Интернету на него будут
загружаться периодические обновления программного
обеспечения для улучшения работы. Обновление может
занять несколько минут.
Эксплуатация сателлитных динамиков
/ НАСТРОЙКА АКУСТИЧЕСКОЙ СИСТЕМЫ
CITATION TOWER можно использовать как пару
сателлитных динамиков со следующими устройствами:
• CITATION BAR (продается отдельно): для настройки
системы многоканального объемного звучания 3.0;
• CITATION ADAPT (продается отдельно): для
настройки системы многоканального объемного
звучания 2.0 для телевизора.
1) Для входа в режим объемного звучания нажмите VIDEO
на сенсорном экране основного динамика. CITATION
TOWER станет частью беспроводной сателлитной
акустической системы для CITATION BAR/ADAPT
(продается отдельно).
2) Для завершения установки CITATION BAR/ADAPT,
выполните инструкции на экране.

Связывание с CITATION SUB (опционально)
Для улучшения воспроизведения басовых частот можно
связать CITATION TOWER с CITATION SUB (беспроводной
сабвуфер, продается отдельно) в беспроводном режиме.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЯ:
• Для успешной настройки расстояние между Citation Tower и
Citation Sub не должно превышать 5 метров.
• Если CITATION TOWER выключен, сабвуфер перейдет в
режим ожидания.
• При использовании рядом с саундбаром устройства с такой
же частотой (2,4 Гц или 5 Гц) возникают помехи, которые могут
вызвать перебои в звучании.
• Максимальное расстояние передачи беспроводного сигнала
между CITATION TOWER и сабвуфером может варьироваться
в зависимости от условий эксплуатации.
/ НАСТРОЙКА АКУСТИЧЕСКОЙ СИСТЕМЫ
1) Включите CITATION TOWER и CITATION SUB.
2) Для входа в режим связывания нажмите на сенсорном
экране Speaker Setup > Pairing > Subwoofer pairing.

Ассистент
В CITATION TOWER встроено приложение Google
Ассистент. Вы можете воспроизводить музыку, получать
ответы, планировать повседневные задачи и легко
управлять беспроводными смарт-устройствами в вашем
доме с помощью голоса.
Нажмите
активации Google Ассистента и произнесите запрос.
Когда CITATION TOWER осуществляет потоковое
воспроизведение музыки через Chromecast или по
Bluetooth, можно сначала произнести ключевое слово
«Ok Google» или «Hey Google», а затем свой запрос.

плейлистов из более чем 300 приложений простым
нажатием кнопки Cast.
1) Запустите приложение Chromecast на своем смартфоне
или планшете.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЯ:
• Название изделия назначается в процессе настройки Wi-Fi.
• Акустическая система Citation поддерживает
воспроизведение потокового аудио, но не потокового видео.
Групповое воспроизведение с помощью
нескольких устройств Citation в разных
помещениях
Акустическая система Citation поддерживает управление
оборудованием в разных помещениях при помощи
встроенного приложения Chromecast.
Создайте группу в приложении Google Home, добавьте
ваши акустические системы — и воспроизведение в
разных помещениях обеспечено.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЯ:
• Для получения подробной информации обратитесь к
приложению Google Home.
• Количество устройств Chromecast для потокового
воспроизведения музыки зависит от размера канала
передачи данных вашей локальной беспроводной сети. В

• Для отключения и связывания другого устройства нажмите
Bluetooth на сенсорном экране и удерживайте более 3
секунд.
• Акустическая система автоматически выключится через 20
минут отсутствия активности.
• На работу Bluetooth может влиять расстояние между
системой и устройством Bluetooth, а также место применения
оборудования.
• Расстояние между акустической системой и вашим
устройством с Bluetooth не должно превышать 10 метров во
избежание разъединения.

Уровень громкости
Существует четыре способа регулирования уровня
громкости воспроизводимой музыки.
• Нажмите или нажмите и удерживайте кнопку — / + на
верхней панели.
• Аккуратно потяните кнопку регулировки громкости.
• Отрегулируйте уровень громкости в приложении
Google Home на вашем смартфоне или планшете.
• Воспользуйтесь приложением Google Ассистент,
чтобы отрегулировать уровень громкости с
помощью голоса.
Яркость дисплея
Нажмите Options > Brightness, а затем аккуратно
потяните кнопку регулировки яркости, чтобы настроить
яркость сенсорного экрана.
Обновление программного обеспечения
Программное обеспечение акустической системы
CITATION TOWER обновляется автоматически до
актуальной версии после подключения системы к
интернету по сети Wi-Fi.
Восстановление заводских настроек
Для восстановления настроек по умолчанию,
запрограммированных на заводе:
• нажмите Options > Factory Reset на сенсорном
экране; или
• нажмите и удерживайте в течение 5 секунд кнопку
RESET в нижней части основного динамика.
После восстановления заводских настроек будет
выполнено автоматическое выключение и перезапуск
акустической системы Citation. Вся сохраненная
информация и настройки будут удалены.

• Country: Страна и язык.
• Network: SSID сети, сила сигнала и адрес Wi-Fi.

Чистка и обслуживание
Для того, чтобы ваша акустическая система была чистой,
аккуратно протирайте её внешнюю поверхность чистой
мягкой тканью, предварительно вынув кабель питания из
гнезда в самой акустической системе.

• Не используйте спирт, бензол или растворитель для очистки
тканевых поверхностей устройства.

Никогда не пытайтесь отремонтировать устройство

следующие аспекты.
Звук
Отсутствует звук из динамика.
• Проверьте, не выключен ли звук этого динамика.
• Правильно выберите источник аудиовхода.
В CITATION SUB отсутствует звук.
• Убедитесь в том, что индикатор сабвуфера
непрерывно горит белым цветом. Мигающий
индикатор указывает на отсутствие соединения.
Свяжите их со звуковой панелью вручную.
Bluetooth
Устройство не может подключиться к акустической
системе.
• Проверьте включение функции Bluetooth
устройства.Акустическая система уже подключена к
другому устройству Bluetooth.
• Для отключения и связывания нового устройства
нажмите и удерживайте
панели.
Плохое качество звука от подключенного устройства
Bluetooth.
• Плохой прием по Bluetooth. Подвиньте устройство
ближе к акустической системе или устраните
препятствие между устройством и акустической
системой.

• Убедитесь в том, что сеть Wi-Fi активна.
• Убедитесь в том, что вы выбрали правильную сеть и
ввели правильный пароль.
• Убедитесь в том, что ваш маршрутизатор или модем
включен и находится в пределах досягаемости.
• Убедитесь в том, что ваша акустическая система
CITATION подключена к той же беспроводной
локальной вычислительной сети, что и ваш
смартфон или планшет.
/ ПОИСК И УСТРАНЕНИЕ НЕИСПРАВНОСТЕЙ
Приложению Google Home не удается найти устройство.
• Убедитесь в том, что ваша акустическая система
CITATION включена.
• Убедитесь в том, что ваша сеть работает правильно.
• Убедитесь в том, что ваш маршрутизатор или модем
включен и находится в пределах досягаемости.
Отсутствие отклика на голосовые команды.
• В зависимости от размещения акустической системы
CITATION она может не улавливать голосовую
команду «Окей Гугл» из-за условий окружающей
среды. Избегайте размещения CITATION в шумных
местах или местах с сильным ветром или эффектом
эхо (отражением звука).
• Убедитесь в том, что встроенные микрофоны не
выключены.

heavy objects on them. Damaged power cords should be replaced immediately by
an authorized service center with a cord that meets factory specifications.
Handle the AC Power Cord Gently
When disconnecting the power cord from an AC outlet, always pull the plug;
never pull the cord. If you do not intend to use your speaker for any
considerable length of time, disconnect the plug from the AC outlet.
Do Not Open the Cabinet
There are no user-serviceable components inside this product. Opening the
cabinet may present a shock hazard, and any modification to the product will
void your warranty. If water accidentally falls inside this product,
disconnect it from the AC power source immediately, and consult an authorized
service center.
Safe and Stable Placement
This product may become unstable and tip over during earthquakes or if they
are rocked, tipped or improperly positioned.

This manual includes information on CITATION TOWER (primary and secondary
speakers). We encourage you to take a few minutes to read this manual, which
describes the products and includes step-by-step instructions to help you set
up and get started. Read and understand all the safety instructions before
using your product. This product may have an important software update
available. Please follow the instructions to connect the product to Wi-Fi to
ensure that your product has the most recent software updates. Design and
specifications are subject to change without notice. If you have any questions

PLACEMENT
Place your CITATION TOWER on any flat and stable surface near a live AC
(mains) outlet.
- To achieve the best and most accurate stereo soundstage, place the speakers 6-10 feet (1.8-3 meters) apart, keep an angle of 40-60 degrees between your listening position and both speakers.
- Bass output will increase as the speaker is moved closer to a wall or a corner. For best sound quality, keep a minimum distance of 20 in (51 cm) between the speakers and the side and rear walls.
To avoid any
interference, keep a minimum distance of 16.4 feet (5 meters) between the
speakers and your Wi-Fi router.
POWER ON
NOTES:
- Use the provided power cord only.
- When you disconnect the power cord, always pull the plug, never the cable.
- Plug one end of the AC power cord into the POWER connector on the bottom of each speaker, then plug the other end to a live AC (mains) outlet. Æ The speaker will automatically power on and the touch screen will turn on.
- Select your language as instructed on the touch screen of the primary speaker for the first-time setting.
- Press “MUSIC” to operate as standalone stereo speakers or “VIDEO” to operate as a pair of satellite speakers (See the “SPEAKER SETUP” section for details).
SPEAKER SETUP
Operate as Standalone Stereo Speakers
NOTES:
- If you encounter any setup issues, make sure to enable Bluetooth and location services on your smartphone or tablet.
- Make sure that your Citation speaker is connected to the same wireless network as your smartphone or tablet.
- Once this product is connected to the Internet, it will receive a periodic over-the-air software update to improve performance. This update may take a few minutes to complete.
- Press “MUSIC” on the touch screen of the primary speaker to enter stereo mode. Your CITATION TOWER is required to connect Wi-Fi with the HK Citation / Surround app.
- Scan the QR code below or search “HK Citation / Surround” from the AppStore (for iOS devices) or from (for Android devices) and download it.
- Power on your CITATION TOWER.
- Run the HK Citation / Surround app and set up your CITATION TOWER as instructed in the app. Always follow the instructions in the app to complete the Wi-Fi setup. You can associate CITATION 300/500 with during or after the first-time setup (See “Talk to Voice Assistant” in the chapter “USING YOUR CITATION TOWER”).
NOTE:
- Make sure that you have updated the HK Citation / Surround app to the latest version, and have enabled the Bluetooth and location service (iOS / Android).
Operate as Satellite Speakers
You can operate your CITATION TOWER as a pair of satellite speaker with
CITATION BAR (sold separately) to set up a 3.0 channel surround sound system.
- Press “VIDEO” on the touch screen of the primary speaker to enter surround mode.
- Follow the on-screen instructions on your CITATION BAR to complete the setup.
Pair with CITATION SUB (Optional)
To enhance the bass performance, you can wirelessly pair your CITATION TOWER
with CITATION SUB (wireless subwoofer, sold separately).
NOTES:
- For a successful setup, keep a maximum distance of 5 meters (16.4 feet) between the Citation Tower and your Citation Sub.
- If CITATION TOWER is powered off, the subwoofer will enter standby mode.
- If you use a device near your CITATION TOWER and both use the same frequency (2.4GHz or 5GHz), interference may cause some sound interruption.
- The maximum transmission distance of the wireless signal between CITATION TOWER and the subwoofer may vary depending on your operating environment.
- Power on both CITATION TOWER and CITATION SUB.
- Press “Speaker Setup” > “Pairing” > “Subwoofer pairing” on the touch screen to enter pairing mode. Æ You will hear a pairing chime once successfully connected and “Subwoofer connected” will be displayed on the touch screen.

- The Citation speaker can support audio streaming but not video streaming.
- Make sure that QPlay is enabled while streaming music via Wi-Fi.
- Download and run the QQ Music app on your smartphone or tablet.
- Tap”QPlay” in the app to enable QPlay.
- Start music playback.
- On the player screen, tap and then the QPlay icon to select “Citation Tower” as speaker.
Multi-room Playback: Stream Music to Multiple Citation Speakers

Group Citation speakers:
- On your smartphone or tablet, launch the HK Citation / Surround app;
- Tap + to add more than one Citation speakers to the same home Wi-Fi network;
- Tap + to set up a speaker group.

Multi-room playback: Follow the steps under “Stream QQ Music through Wi-Fi” to select the grouped speakers.

To adjust the volume, do the following:
- Launch the HK Citation / Surround app;
- Volume of a speaker group: Tap to enter the player screen and drag the slider;
- Volume of an individual speaker within the group: On the player screen, tap to enter the speaker screen and drag the slider.

To edit the speaker group, do the following:
- On the speaker screen, tap to edit the setup of the speaker group;
- Tap “Edit devices” to add or remove a device; Tap “Ungroup” to remove the speaker group.
Stream Music through AirPlay
With AirPlay, you can stream music on your iOS device to the CITATION TOWER.
- Check that your iOS device has been connected to the same network as the CITATION TOWER.
- To enter the Control Center on an iOS device, swipe down from the upper right corner (iOS 12 or later) or swipe up from the bottom edge (iOS 11 or earlier). Tap to select the connected speaker and then, start audio streaming from an app.
Play Music through Bluetooth
You can use your CITATION TOWER as a speaker for your Bluetooth enabled
smartphone or tablet.
- Press on the remote control or press (Bluetooth) on the touch screen to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. During the 10 seconds of connection period, or until a successful connection, the white circle below icon will blink.
- On your smartphone or tablet, select “Citation Tower” to connect. You will hear a pairing chime once connected. When the music is playing, the track, title and artist of the song will be displayed on the touch screen.
NOTES:
- To exit the Bluetooth mode, choose other sources
- To disconnect and pair another device, press on the remote control or on the touch screen.
- The sound bar automatically turns off after 20 minutes of inactivity.
- Bluetooth performance can be affected by the distance between this product and your Bluetooth device and the environment of operation.
- Keep a maximum distance of 10 meters (33 feet) between this product and your Bluetooth device to avoid disconnection.

Talk to Voice Assistant
With the Tencent Xiaowei built-in, your Citation speaker allows you to easily
play music, check weather forecasts, set reminders and get answers through
voice commands.
Set up Xiaowei With the HK Citation / Surround app, do one of the following:
- During the first-time setup of the CITATION TOWER, follow the on-screen instructions; or
- Tap and then, follow the on-screen instructions; or · Tap “About” and then, follow the on-screen instructions.
NOTE:
- Make sure that you have updated the HK Citation / Surround app to the latest version, and have enabled the Bluetooth and location service (iOS / Android).
Use Xiaowei
- Say the wake word “Xiaowei Xiaowei” to activate Xiaowei.
- Speak out your voice commands.
- To talk to Xiaowei without the wake word, push .
- To stop Xiaowei from listening, swipe the touch screen to tap to mute the microphone.

SETTINGS
Volume
You have three ways to adjust the volume level while playing music.
- Press – / + button on the top panel to decrease or increase the volume.
- Softly drag the volume bar on the touch screen of the primary speaker.
- Adjust the volume on your smartphone or tablet.
Brightness of the Touch Screen
Press (Options) > (Brightness) to adjust the brightness of the touch screen.
Software Upgrade
The software of your Citation speaker will be automatically upgraded to the
latest version when it is connected to the Internet via a Wi-Fi network.
Restore Factory Settings
To restore the default settings programmed at the factory:
- Press “Options” > “Factory Reset” on the touch screen; or
- Press and hold the RESET button on the bottom of the primary speaker for 5 seconds.
When the factory settings restore is complete, the Citation speaker will
automatically power off and restart. Any stored information or settings will
be erased.
System Information
Press “System info” on the touch screen to view the system information:
- Country or region: Country and language.
- Network: Network SSID, signal strength and Wi-Fi address.
- About: Model and name.
- Software version: Software version and date of last update.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the wool fabric occasionally. Use an approved wool shampoo and follow
the instructions carefully. Many types of stain can be removed using warm
water. If you act quickly, it is not difficult to remove a spill and avoid
staining. Soak up the liquid with an absorbent napkin or cloth. For dried
stains use a spoon to roughen the surface. To avoid the stain spreading
further start from the edge of the stain working towards the middle.
CAUTION :
- To keep the exterior surface of your Citation speaker clean, unplug the AC power cord from the speaker first.
- Never use undiluted cleaning agents, bleaching agents, ammonia or soap intended for hard surfaces.
- In all cases, we recommend contacting a professional cleaning establishment, particularly for bigger stains and for thorough cleaning.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Sound
No sound from the speaker.
- Make sure that the speaker is not muted.
No sound from CITATION SUB.
- Check if the subwoofer LED is in solid white color. Blinking LED means a disconnection. Manually pair them.
Bluetooth
A device cannot connect with the speaker.
- Check if you enable the Bluetooth function of the device.
- The speaker is already connected to another Bluetooth device. Press and hold on the touch screen to disconnect and pair with a new device.
Poor audio quality from a connected Bluetooth device.
- The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move the device closer to the speaker, or remove any obstacle between your device and the speaker.
Wi-Fi
Failed to connect to Wi-Fi.
- Make sure that Wi-Fi is turned on.
- Make sure that you have selected the right network and entered the correct password.
- Make sure that your router or modem is turned on and within the range.
- Make sure that your CITATION speaker is connected to the same wireless network as your smartphone or tablet.
The HK Citation / Surround app cannot find the device.
- Make sure that your CITATION speaker is powered on.
- Make sure that your network is working properly.
- Make sure that your router or modem is powered on and within the range.
