По электронике, как оказалось, есть — по ГУ и распиновке разъемов к нему стопудово… Может еще где, пока не знаю. В целом можно ими руководствоваться, но лично я купил русскоязычную книжку — как говорится: «есть не просит»

Датчики давления системы TPMS американских версий работают на другой частоте. Что касается электроники и секции AV, дак там всегда были отличия.

Отличий много. Главное — у америкоса нет гибрида. По мелочи — внешнее освещение другое в деталях, нет омывателей фар, Сигналка другая в элементах, автокорректора фар нет, глонасса нет, аудио полностью другое, приборка и тд и тп.
