Набор номера

Для выполнения вызова снимите трубку и наберите номер. 
Также можно воспользоваться одним из способов, 
описанных ниже.

Повторный набор последнего номера

Нажмите кнопку Повтор.

Набор номера без снятия трубки

1. Введите номер на телефоне, не снимая трубки.
2. Снимите трубку или нажмите одну из следующих 

кнопок: кнопку линии, экранную клавишу Вызов
кнопку гарнитуры 

, кнопку громкой связи 

или круглую кнопку Выбор на панели перемещения.
Кнопки линий (помеченные номерами 1 и 2) 
расположены справа от клавиатуры.

Быстрый набор

Выполните одно из следующих действий:

Введите номер ячейки быстрого набора и нажмите 

экранную клавишу Быстрый набор.

Нажмите стрелку вниз на панели перемещения, 
когда телефон находится в режиме ожидания. Затем 

перейдите к требуемому номеру быстрого набора 
и нажмите круглую кнопку Выбор на панели 
перемещения.
Панель перемещения расположена в середине 
телефона над клавиатурой.

 Ответ на вызов

При поступлении нового вызова на телефоне загораются 
следующие индикаторы:

Мигающий красный индикатор на трубке

Мигающая оранжевым светом кнопка линии

Мигающий значок 

 и идентификатор 

вызывающего абонента

Чтобы ответить на вызов, снимите трубку. Другой способ: 

нажмите мигающую оранжевым светом кнопку линии, 
экранную клавишу Ответ или неподсвеченную кнопку 
гарнитуры или громкой связи.

Ответ на вызовы по нескольким линиям

Если вы говорите по телефону и в это время поступает 
другой вызов, нажмите мигающую оранжевым светом 
кнопку линии, чтобы ответить на второй вызов 

и автоматически перевести первый вызов в режим 
удержания.

Отключение микрофона

1. Во время разговора нажмите кнопку Отключение 

микрофона 

Включается подсветка кнопки, отражающая работу 
функции отключения микрофона.

2. Для отключения этой функции нажмите кнопку 

Отключение микрофона еще раз.

Голосовая почта

При поступлении нового сообщения на телефоне 

загораются следующие индикаторы:

Постоянно горящий красный индикатор на трубке

Прерывистый сигнал готовности к набору номера 
(если предусмотрен)

Надпись «Новое голосовое сообщение» на экране

Прослушивание сообщений

Нажмите кнопку Сообщения 

 и следуйте голосовым 

указаниям.
При использовании нескольких линий можно прослушать 

сообщения для определенной линии, нажав сначала 
кнопку этой линии.

Перенаправление 

вызовов

Нажмите экранную клавишу Перенапр во время 

поступления сигнала вызова, во время вызова или 
когда вызов находится в режиме удержания. Функция 
перенаправления переводит отдельный вызов на 

голосовую почту (или на другой номер, заданный 
системным администратором).
Если требуется перенаправить все  входящие вызовы 
на другой номер, нажмите Переадресация всех вызовов. 

Для отключения сигнала вызова см. Советы.

Переадресация всех 

вызовов

1. Нажмите экранную клавишу =>все.
2. Введите телефонный номер или нажмите кнопку 

Сообщения 

 для переадресации всех вызовов 

на голосовую почту.

3. На экране телефона отображается подтверждение.
4. Для отмены переадресации вызовов нажмите 

Переадр. ОТКЛ.

Для настройки переадресации дистанционно или на 
второй линии (если эта функция поддерживается) 
используйте web-страницы параметров пользователя. 

За справкой обратитесь к системному администратору.

Перевод вызова 

в режим удержания

1. Нажмите кнопку Удержание 

.

На экране появляется значок режима удержания 

и кнопка линии начинает мигать зеленым цветом.

2. Для отмены удержания вызова нажмите кнопку 

линии, мигающую зеленым цветом, или нажмите 
экранную клавишу Возвр.

Конференция

1. Во время работы с вызовом (не в режиме удержания) 

нажмите кнопку Конференция 

.

2. Выполните новый вызов.
3. Нажмите кнопку Конференция или экранную 

клавишу Конф. (до или после того как абонент 
ответит на вызов).
Устанавливается конференц-связь, и на экране 
телефона отображается надпись «Конференция».

4. Для добавления других участников повторите 

вышеуказанные действия.

Конференция завершается, когда все ее участники 
повесят трубки.

Конференция на нескольких линиях

Предусмотрена возможность объединения двух вызовов 
на двух линиях в конференцию (только для телефонов 
с несколькими линиями).

1. Во время работы с вызовом (не в режиме удержания) 

нажмите кнопку Конференция 

.

2. Нажмите кнопку линии другого (удерживаемого) 

вызова.
Устанавливается конференц-связь, и на экране 
телефона отображается надпись «Конференция».

Просмотр и удаление участников

Во время конференции нажмите экранную клавишу 
Сведения. Чтобы удалить участника конференции, 
выберите запись соответствующего участника и нажмите 

экранную клавишу Удалить.

An Overview of the Cisco Unified IP Phone

The Cisco Unified IP Phone 6921, 6941, and 6961 provide voice communication over an Internet
Protocol (IP) network. The Cisco Unified IP Phone functions much like a digital business phone,
allowing you to place
dial, call forward, and more. In addition, because the phone is connected to your data network, it offers
enhanced IP telephony features, including access to network information and services, and
customizeable features and services.

Cisco Unified IP Phones support several industry-standard and Cisco networking protocols required for

Cisco Unified IP Phones provide traditional telephony functionality, such as call forwarding and
transferring, redialing, speed dialing, conference calling, and voice messaging system access.

4. Запуск телефона в режиме прошивки. Отключаем питание телефона. Зажимаем # и включаем телефон. Должны загореться оранжевым оба индикатора линий. Нажимаем на телефоне клавиши 123456789*0# Если всё настроено правильно, телефон скачает с tftp-сервера необходимые файлы, при этом на экране телефона будет отображаться процесс прошивки, а в программе Tftpd32, во вкладке LOGS будет информация о скачаных файлах. После перепрошивки телефон сам перезагрузится и скачает файл настроек. Если необходимо внести изменения в конфигурационный файл, необходимо после редактирования файла конфигурации загрузить его в телефон. Для этого нажимем кнопку «Menu» далее на клавиатуре набираем **#** после этого телефон перезагрузится и скачает только конфигурационный файл. Файлы буду скачиваться телефоном пока в телефоне прописан адрес tftp-сервера. Если настройка произведена успешно, заходим в меню телефона и выключаем tftp-сервер Alternate tftp server > NO

Asterisk – программное обеспечение с открытым исходным кодом, распространяется по лицензии GPL. Следовательно, установив один раз Asterisk вам не придется дополнительно платить за новых абонентов, подключение новых транков, расширение функционала и прочие лицензии. Это приближает стоимость владения станцией к нулю.

Безопасен в использовании.

Любое программное обеспечение может стать объектом интереса злоумышленников, в том числе телефонная станция. Однако, сам Asterisk, а также операционная система, на которой он работает, дают множество инструментов защиты от любых атак. При грамотной настройке безопасности у злоумышленников нет никаких шансов попасть на станцию.

Надежен в эксплуатации.

Время работы серверов некоторых наших клиентов исчисляется годами. Это значит, что Asterisk работает несколько лет, ему не требуются никакие перезагрузки или принудительные отключения. А еще это говорит о том, что в районе отличная ситуация с электроэнергией, но это уже не заслуга Asterisk.

Зачастую возможности Asterisk ограничивает только фантазия пользователя. Ни один конструктор шаблонов не сравнится с Asterisk по гибкости настройки. Это позволяет решать с помощью Asterisk любые бизнес задачи, даже те, в которых выбор в его пользу не кажется изначально очевидным.

Во многом именно Asterisk показал какой должна быть современная телефонная станция. За многие годы развития функциональность Asterisk расширилась, а все основные возможности по-прежнему доступны бесплатно сразу после установки.

Интегрируется с любыми системами.

То, что Asterisk не умеет сам, он позволяет реализовать за счет интеграции. Это могут быть интеграции с коммерческими телефонными станциями, CRM, ERP системами, биллингом, сервисами колл-трекинга, колл-бэка и модулями статистики и аналитики.

Позволяет телефонизировать офис за считанные часы.

В нашей практике были проекты, реализованные за один рабочий день. Это значит, что утром к нам обращался клиент, а уже через несколько часов он пользовался новой IP-АТС. Безусловно, такая скорость редкость, ведь АТС – инструмент зарабатывания денег для многих компаний и спешка во внедрении не уместна. Но в случае острой необходимости Asterisk готов к быстрому старту.

Отличная масштабируемость.

Очень утомительно постоянно возвращаться к одному и тому же вопросу. Такое часто бывает в случае некачественного исполнения работ или выбора заведомо неподходящего бизнес-решения. Связь между внутренними абонентами IP-АТС бесплатна всегда, независимо от их географического расположения. Также к Asterisk можно подключить любых операторов телефонии, в том числе GSM сим-карты и настроить маршрутизацию вызовов по наиболее выгодному тарифу.
