На одну из боковин установите нижнюю
и верхнюю панели шкафа
и зафиксируйте их эксцентриковыми стяжками.
Установите цокольные элементы шкафа
Установите вторую боковину шкафа
и зафиксируйте ее эксцентриками
переверните каркас лицевой стороной вниз
и установив в специальные углубления заднюю стенку шкафа
зафиксируйте ее гвоздями
Сборка шкафа в вертикальном положении
С помощью напарника придерживая в вертикальном положении боковину шкафа установите цокольные элементы
затем установив на них нижнюю панель
зафиксируйте эксцентриками
установите верхнюю панель
Соединив конструкцию с боковой стенкой
зафиксируйте их эксцентриками сверху
и снизу
Вставите в углубления заднюю стенку
Придерживая заднюю стенку шкафа, зафиксируйте ее гвоздями
Прикрепите корпус шкафа к стене, не заворачивая крепеж до конца.
и отрегулируйте опоры до строго вертикального положения.
Заверните до конца крепления к стене и закройте их пластиковыми уголками
отверстия в нижней и верхней панелях закройте заглушками.
Если шкаф состоит из двух или более секций, соедините их стяжками

► Ошибки при сборке шкафа-купе Пакс!
Каждое собираемое изделие комплектуется достаточно понятной пошаговой инструкцией. Производитель довольно серьезно подошел к проблеме – соблюдена техника безопасности при создании самим покупателем крупно-габаритной вещи. На схеме изготовителя показано нужное количество человек, выполняющих сборку, обязательное крепление к стене больших предметов мебели, площадь или размеры нужного пространства для сборки конструкции.
► Как разобрать двери шкафа-купе Пакс?
Но не всегда наши домашние габариты помещения соответствуют европейским стандартам, отсутствие помощника и многие другие непредвиденные обстоятельства не остановят нас в создании собственного интерьера.
Рассмотрим достаточно часто встречающеюся проблему низких потолков. Например: возьмем модульную систему шкафов Пакс – прекрасная и надежная конструкция, наиболее пользуются спросом шкафы высотой 236,4 и глубиной 58,0. В инструкции даны рекомендации, что сборка мебели на дому возможна при высоте потолков не ниже 250 и требуется два сборщика, собираются каркасы гардеробов в горизонтальном положении.
Собрать икеевский шкаф Пакс можно и в вертикальном положении ( мы даем только практические советы), с высотой потолка не ниже положения в 237 для шкафа с распашными дверями, 240 для шкафа купе без подпилов в обоих случаях, и выполнять данное действие будет два человека. Наши размеры даны для всего периметра шкафа, так как шкаф состоит из каркасов, соединённых между собой, тем самым кривизна пола и потолка должна быть минимальна.
Подготавливаем детали шкафа для соединения стоя:
1. Устанавливаем винтовые цилиндры на вертикальные панели, наклеиваем тонкие войлочные набойки на низ этих же панелей ( безопасное перемещение конструкции для половых покрытий ), для крепления к стене удаляем плинтус по длине шкафа.
2. Вставляем эксцентрики и шканты в горизонтальные полки.
3. В передний цоколь вставляем шканты, на нижнюю полку устанавливаем регулировочные ножки.
4. Подготавливаем заднюю стенку шкафа, сверлом 1-1,5 мм делаем отверстия для гвоздей отступив от края 5 мм.
5. Придерживая вертикальную панель вставляем цоколь.
6. Вставляем нижнюю полку, закрываем замки
7.Вставляем верхнюю полку, придерживая конструкцию закрываем замки.
8. Фиксируем вторую вертикальную панель. Деревянные шканты и штоки на панели, должны попасть в свои отверстия в полке.
9. Аккуратно накладываем заднюю стенку и фиксируем гвоздями вертикальную панель и низ шкафа ( у Икеа бывает разная комплектация деталей для задней стенки больших шкафов, маленьких 4 шт. или 2 шт. больших кусков оргалита ).
10. Забиваем гвозди.Самый сложный этап позади. Один элемент готов. На мебельные стяжки стягиваются каркасы шкафа Пакс.
11. Икеевский шкаф с тяжелыми дверями желательно присверлить к стене. Каркас шкафа должен быть установлен по уровню! Недопустимо искривление геометрии шкафа при креплении к стене!
Далее – по инструкции Икеа сборки шкафа Пакс.
ВНИМАНИЕ! Выполняя данные действия, мебель собирающий, должен обладать навыками «ручной» работы, быть предельно аккуратен, физически крепок и морально устойчив . Во избежания несчастных случаев найдите себе помощников.
